Browser and OS neutral client

The usage of ActiceX, silverlight and other bespoke technologies must be removed from the client.

We have a substantial amount of our officers using Linux clients and they are frustrated having to have a secondary Windows client to run Service Manager from.

The full officer interface must be fully available no matter of operating system (e.g. Linux, Mac, Windows, Android) and browser (e.g. Chrome, Firefox, IE, Edge, Safari)

This is planned to take place and is at the forefront of the design for the next major version (v.10). A new interface is now in Alpha as of v9.7, vFIre NANO is a Browser and OS Neutral Analyst Interface, it is not intended to replace the vFire Core functionality but to be a user friendly interface to be able to manage Calls, Requests, Tasks and the CMDB for further information on this please see: http://www.alemba.help/help/content/topics/nano/nano%20intro.htm
