Dates in Email Templates
I use a date field in a message template – this shows the date, but also a time. Because only a date is used it defaults to also including 12:00AM. Would it be possible in the future to have it only show a date?

Font size options in Designer
Font size on HTML fields go 8px, 10px, 12px, 14px, 18px. It would be good to have 16px, 14 is the same as normal text so no good if you want it to stand out but 18 is a bit to large.

Shorter Dates in date field columns
Can we use a shorter date format for the date columns? Using the long format takes up too much space. It looks nice, but is not very practical. Better formats could be dd Mon YY HH:MM ( e.g. 6 Oct 20 09:00), DD-MON-YY HH:MM (e.g. 06-OCT-20 09:00) ...

Dynamic KB searches as you type
If you type text on the KB search it becomes a dynamic search as you type (like suggested knowledge)

Core menu structure unnecessarily complicated
Why when creating a new incident, does the user need to click on Call - Incident - Default? This CORE menu structure is unnecessarily complex, the nested menus need to be improved.

Ability to set the date field to only allow selection of current or future dates
On the Service Request submission screen, it would be great if we could have the ability to set the date field to only accept current and future dates when filled in by the end user on the Self Service Portal.
