Allow call/requests/task entities to be searched for and returned within a single or multi QD field
Kiran Moore - Pinsent Masons - 86659 Currently it's only possible to search for calls or requests in a Single/Multi QD but not both at the same time. There is no QD available at the moment to search for tasks.

Make Daily Stats link optional
Please can you make the Daily Stats link that takes us to the Daily Call Statistic 'report' optional, we'd like to not have is displayed on our navigation? They information is not helpful (and not accurate).

Ability to add in working hours to the auto call closure
Currently our auto close is configured to close a ticket if no response within 48 hours. What we want to do is exclude non-working hours into this function.

ASM Core to automatically Stop SLA Clock just on Call Status changes
Currently Core will automatically set Suspended Until and the Suspend Time and rely on the configured SLA to automatically Stop the Clock.
